Islander on the Beach
The Hawaii Real Estate
Commission has recently approved the offering of the Islander on the Beach for
private ownership. Many of you may already be familiar with this
complex as it is one of the island's favorites - operated by Aston
Resorts. The Islander on the Beach is located on the Coconut Coast
between the Waimea River and Kapaa. It is on the East side of Kauai
approximately 10 minute's drive from the airport, 30 minutes drive to
either Poipu or North Shore in either direction.
The changes in store are all for the better. There are 200 units available for sale. Initial prices

$240,000 Partial Ocean View
$285,000 Ocean View
$325,000 Ocean Front
End units are priced higher. Prices are approximate and
are subject to change without notice, as are the room amenities

A 10% initial deposit is required to secure one of these
units. And of course they are being offered on a first come first
served basis.
